I took out the ink cartridges and I looked with a flashlight. We just have to be thorough, and also, a bright light helps! Inspect carefully, as theres no 1, 2 ,3 step to discover precisely whats causing the Carriage jam.
Also, is there any debris on the rails that the carriage moves on, even as small as a staple. Does anything look bent, is there any missing or broken pieces of the printer hanging or in the way. What I suggest, is to remove all the ink tanks, and look to the left, right, and underneath the carriage. Or, the rod or rails it moves back and forth on could be slightly bent, or obstructed. The gears or belt that move it could be off track. The carriage, is the part of the printer that moves back and forth and puts the ink on the paper, as well as carries the INk Tanks.
